Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup sourdough starter

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional) 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • For the crust, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
